What if I forgot a dose of my antibiotic?

I have been taking the antibiotic Metronidazole, 250mg, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening since December 16th. I forgot a dose yesterday, I took the one this morning. Does it change anything in the treatment? Do I continue to take them all until the end of the treatment?

An oversight can happen but it is unlikely to cause a problem. Continue to take as scheduled until the vial is finished.
