29-year-old woman2 years ago
Pregnant cough 16 SA which prevents me from sleeping well since two nights. I already have sinus rinses, I sleep with my head up and I drink 3l of water a day. All my symptoms have improved except for the cough which has appeared. So I am not worried about my health, but I am tired.

Hello Madam, thank you for your question, I am sorry to read about your troubles!
I do not recommend cough syrups during pregnancy, especially because they have not been shown to be more effective than drinking liquids.
Instead, I recommend continuing to use Sinus Rinse as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It is this treatment that prevents secretions from running down the throat and causing coughing
If needed, you can also take a spoonful of honey before bedtime, it is much more likely to help!
I hope I've been of some help to you, and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
