Sore spot on the vulva?

I have a painful red pimple on my vulva and I think it's a boil. I put hot water compresses on it. I'm a little worried because I'm on Humira, which weakens my immune system a bit.

Warm water compresses are recommended, the hair should come out by itself without any manipulation or product to apply.
