Hello, I had my ears blocked for 4 days (the same feeling as if I had water in my ears) then they opened up for 2 days and since 1 day they are re-clogged And I have tinnitus in my right ear for 1 day No I am not pregnant I have no other symptoms and I have never had this problem

I can suggest the use of a decongestant nasal spray like Drixoral or Dristan, 2 sprays in each nostril twice a day for a maximum of 5 days. after the sprays, I recommend the valsalva technique: take a deep breath, then close your nostrils and mouth, and try to exhale afterwards. Swallowing immediately afterwards can help to rebalance the pressure in the sinuses. If this technique does not work after 3 days, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
