It looks like an irritation, I encourage you to avoid products that could potentially irritate for the time being. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Glaxal Base, Cutibase, Cerave, or others as often as needed and after each time you wash your hands or apply a hydro-alcoholic gel. Wear gloves if you're going to do cleaning or dishes, and wear sunscreen on your hands when you go out.

I suggest trying this for 7-10 days and then evaluating.
