What can I do if I think I have a UTI?

I am 99% sure I have a urinary tract infection (burning when I urinate) Is there anything I can take over the counter to help reduce and cure the infection?

Hello Mrs,
If you have already had these same symptoms in the last 5 years and received a treatment for them, I invite you to contact your pharmacist, who will be able to evaluate the possibility of prescribing a treatment.
If, on the other hand, you have never had these symptoms and they persist for more than 3 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor to evaluate your condition and not delay the right treatment.
In the meantime, taking acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) and drinking plenty of fluids is the best treatment to relieve the pain or irritation.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
