I have a red fingertip with a little yellow near the cuticle?

Hello, I had a little skin on the side of my little finger that was rolling up and that I removed. For the past week, I have had a red fingertip with a little yellow near the cuticle. No heat or increase in redness since then but the situation does not resolve itself even after soaking in a dakin solution every day and applying polysporin.

Hello Mrs.,

If the Dakin and Polysporin solution dip have proven ineffective (maximum use of 3 days for each), you will have to consult a doctor to evaluate the lesion and not delay its management.
