What do you recommend to lower cholesterol?

I have high cholesterol. What do you recommend as a natural supplement to help me in addition to diet?

Probably the best product would be a fiber supplement, for example Metamucil. You can also opt for fiber in the diet, such as fortified cereals (All Bran) or even oatmeal. Fiber can help reduce cholesterol absorption, and can make you feel full, so you can snack less... If you opt for Metamucil, however, you should space its intake by at least 3 hours from other medications.
Besides that, continue to try as much as possible to implement a Mediterranean diet. Less red meat, more fiber and fish, more fruits and vegetables.
