As a prevention, I want to take antihistamines for grass and animal allergies, I would like to know which product is the weakest or if I can cut in two a tablet, this as a prevention during the summer season, just before my big problems with spring pollen allergy.

For allergies, you should try a treatment and if necessary change it if it is not effective. The effectiveness is very variable from one person to another. The most commonly used remain claritin, reactin or aerius. Most allergy tablets can be cut, I suggest you check with your pharmacist when you buy them to make sure.
