I get bumps in my elbows when I lean. I do a lot of office work, but I think I have good posture. What can I do about it?

Hello Mrs,
Your situation deserves to be fully analyzed by an occupational therapist. She will be able to identify the exact cause of the pain and identify solutions to remedy it. The worst thing to do in this type of situation, in my opinion, is to look for a "temporary" solution by putting the pain to sleep with a medication without solving the problem at the root. And since your pain is of the "shock" variety, managing it with medication is likely to be more complex, making me all the more inclined to recommend that you seek occupational therapy right away.
Tell me about it,
Alexandre
