I had treatment for chlamydia a month ago, but now I have problems with vaginal odor and discharge. What should I do?

I took 21 days of probiotics to help. However, although the odor is much worse, it's still there... I still haven't found my natural smell. Is it possible that this is bacterial vaginosis?

Hello Ma'am,
It is possible, yes. But it's also possible that it's just non-bacterial vaginitis.
Do you feel that the smell is similar to fish?

Yes I think so

Taking antibiotics can indeed be a cause of vaginal "yeast" infection. Vaginal discharge is present in large amounts (resembling "cottage cheese") with the presence of itching, pain during sex, and swelling of the labia. Treatment can be done with a product sold in pharmacies, in collaboration with your pharmacist.
However, in case the infection is characterized by a "fishy" odor, which is persistent even after getting out of the shower or worsens after sexual intercourse and/or with increased humidity (tight clothing), it could very likely be a vaginal infection known as "bacterial". This infection is also seen following unprotected sex (or with a new partner) or the use of irritating products in the vulva or vagina, such as "douches". At this point, you will need to see your doctor to get a prescription for an antibiotic.
If the discharge is beige or greenish-yellow and you have pain when you urinate, it may be more of a sexually transmitted infection (STI). A consultation with your doctor will also need to be done to treat it and to check if it is not a treatment failure for your STI.
I hope I have answered your question.

I have no symptoms other than fishy odor and slight watery consistency losses.

So you need to get a prescription from your doctor. This is the only way to treat the infection!
P.S. I also suggest that to prevent future infections, use a gentle, non-irritating personal hygiene product, such as Dove without perfume and wash every day. You should also wash only your vulva and not the inside of the vagina.
Good continuity :)
