I have a thyroid surgery this Wednesday. Right now I am wondering if I can take Imodium to relieve the diarrhea?

Because I know that for example tylenol and advil is to be avoided before surgery.

Yes, we can take Imodium™ today. However, we will avoid taking it from the time you need to fast for surgery (usually 24 hours before surgery).
