How do I change my antidepressant medication? Is it safe to take Tylenol every day?

Change Effexor for cymbalta. Effexor works very well for me but due to chronic back pain, doctor suggests cymbalta. I am afraid of side effects if I switch Effexor for Cymbalta. Tylenol arthritis is working for me. Shouldn't I keep Effexor with Tylenol arthritis?
