Is it possible to have withdrawal symptoms at night if I forget to take a citalopram 10mg tablet in the morning? It has never happened to me when I forgot to take one. My daughter had a stomach bug last Wednesday. For the past few days, I have had nausea and headaches (important) here and there.

Hello ma'am, yes it is possible but it can quickly go away if a single dose was missed and then taken again
Tylenol and Gravol can be taken for pain and nausea, respectively. If the situation persists for more than a week or worsens, I suggest consulting your pharmacist.
I hope I have been helpful to you and remain available if you have any further questions
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Okay, I'll go back and get my prescription. The only problem is that I've forgotten doses before and it never did this to me

Unfortunately, this can happen at any time, even if this type of symptom has not occurred in the past. There may also be other causes, such as possible gastroenteritis in the household.
