Good morning, ma'am,
Does your child have a fever? How is his general condition?

Following her one year vaccines last night, she had a little fever yes. On the other hand she has the ENT blocked because the secretions come out of her eyes too. Does not cough. A little sullen, but still energetic.

Thanks for the information!
Eye secretions are very common during a cold episode, it's like a cold that 'goes up' in the eyes and it usually clears up on its own after 5 to 7 days. Just keep the area clean with a wet wipe or towel, taking care not to reuse or share it. Wash your hands often.
The best treatment for the symptoms you describe isnasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime, and followed by suctioning the secretions with a baby fly. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their backward flow, which often causes coughing. It's a little uncomfortable but it works wonders!
I also encourage you to give your baby plenty to drink, even if it means giving smaller amounts more often. If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm still available if you have any other questions!
