Is it normal to have a little bleeding? Should I consult?

Hello, I have had the flu for 1 week, I had a covid test and it was negative. I had a temperature, headache, secretions, hollow cough, nose completely blocked, shortness of breath with a little physical effort... However during the last 3 days when I blow my nose, there is bright red blood. I don't blow my nose any harder or more often, on the contrary it's much less bad than at the beginning and despite that, there is always a little blood in my secretions.

Hello,
The bleeding is most likely caused by the irritation of repetitive nose blowing. If the bleeding only occurs when blowing your nose, it is probably just irritation. There are products that are made to lubricate and moisturize irritated noses. Secaris or Rhinaris are good products for this. They can be found on the shelves of the pharmacy as a nasal gel. I would start with that
If the bleeding doesn't go away after a few days or if it gets worse, consult. But I would definitely start with the nasal gel in this case.
