Hello, for almost 2 years. My psychiatrist prescribed me pro quetiapine and prazosin and I was wondering if it was normal that the morning after my dose, I always feel so tired that I take a nap. Thank you. Yes, I have been feeling this since I started the treatment even with different dosages but for example I take them at about 9 o'clock in the evening and I get up at 6 o'clock. Is it because the treatment lasts 12 hours?

Have you been feeling this fatigue or drowsiness since you started these 2 medications? Did you have this before? Was it present with lower doses?

Residual sleepiness can be a side effect of quetiapine in particular

However, if your sleep is not restful, it can also cause excessive fatigue. Have you ever talked to your pharmacist or doctor about this?
