Hello, I have been having a bowel movement about 3 times a day for 3 days. Before going to the toilet I have a stomach ache that takes me like a cramp. My stools are soft without being liquid and it's not a big quantity that comes out (I usually have 1 to 2 bowel movements)

For the next few days, I invite you to favour light foods such as soups, broths, toast, eggs, brown rice, and to avoid very fatty or very sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
Be sure to stay hydrated, taking 1 sip of fluid every 3 to 5 minutes. Don't drink too quickly as this can also trigger diarrhea.
If the problem persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
