Is it normal to be depressed at times for short periods?

Hello I have been taking wellbutrin 100 mg for 3 weeks and I am very dizzy but it gives me more energy than before with cymbalta 30 mg ... except that my anxiety has increased since taking wellbutrin. if my doctor increases the dose is my dizziness will increase? Is it better to change antidepressants? Or should I try to see my doctor and increase the dose?

is there another antidepressant that doesn't cause weight gain that my doctor could prescribe? And could it stop my dizziness... because right now it's like my head is in a vise..

Hello, ma'am,
There are indeed many other options, whether it is a change in dose, a combination or a change in medication. Your pharmacist is the best person to evaluate the possible options according to your history, symptoms and preferences, and to suggest alternatives to your doctor. He/she will also be able to follow up closely with you. I invite you to consult him/her as soon as possible for a brief evaluation.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
