Can atropine drops prevent me from seeing well up close with glasses?

Hello Sir, what drops are these?

Since when did she start these drops, and since when did she notice that she has to take off the glasses to see up close?

Also, does she have nearsightedness (difficulty seeing distant objects) or farsightedness (difficulty seeing close objects), or both?

The atropine should still allow her eyes to accommodate for close vision, even with the glasses. In this regard, you will need to check to see if the prescribed concentration of atropine is too strong or if the degree of strength of his glasses is too strong.
