Blocked ears during and after nasal hygiene, what to do?

Blocked ears during and after nasal hygiene i put in plugs at night and despite that I could hear well until one day my ears were suddenly blocked during nasal hygiene and this during the whole day. (So before I put the plugs back in for the night) and then it stayed blocked for several weeks after the nasal hygiene. I don't know why I didn't receive the notification of the first message 6 days ago but only the 2nd one when the conversation was closed so please give me time to answer the 2nd message before closing

Good morning, ma'am, Wearing plugs at night can greatly crowd the "wax" and increase the risk of having the symptoms you describe. For nasal hygiene, I would recommend making the mixture normally but only using half at a time and applying less pressure on the bottle to reduce the power of the spray and the risk of sending saline solution higher up into the sinuses.
