Hello,
I had a cesarean section on September 7. I notice that my feet and ankles are swollen? What can I do to reduce it?

Hello!
First of all, congratulations on the birth of your child!
About your question, I would like to know if your legs were swollen during the pregnancy or if this swelling appeared since the delivery?
Thank you and see you soon,
Emmanuelle

Hello, my legs are swollen since the delivery.

Thank you for this clarification.
have you discussed this with your doctor?
You can have this kind of post-delivery reaction, often related to the epidural, and it usually resolves within a few days.
You can help speed up recovery by moving around (walking, tiptoeing), drinking lots of water, and elevating your legs.
If you don't see any improvement, and especially if you notice that your legs are hot, red and painful, you should see your doctor quickly (to rule out phlebitis).
