I have milk coming out when I press on my nipples?

Hello, for some time now I have been having cramps in my lower abdomen and a little pain in my nipples. I pressed on the nipples and a milky white substance came out. I have been taking the provera depot for 3 years and have not had a period since. I am not taking any other medication. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Thank you for your help! What causes this substance? Will it go away on its own or do I need to see a doctor?
