What can be the causes!? Should I consult or can I do something special?

I woke up this morning with a swollen right foot (sole of the foot) under my toes. I don't feel any pain but I can't walk normally because of the swelling.

Hello !
This swelling could be related to the wearing of inadequate shoes, the practice of certain sports (running, walking) or a problem with your foot.
To reduce the swelling, you can apply ice or take an anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen if you have no contraindications (to be sure, ask your pharmacist).
If your foot becomes painful, red, hot or more swollen, I suggest you go see a doctor. Also, if it doesn't get better within a week, you may want to see a podiatrist. Here is a tool to find podiatrists in your area: https: //piedreseau.com/cliniques/
Hopefully this answers your question,
