I have pimples on my body?

Hello, since 3 days, I have a lot of small pimples that have grown on my belly (most of them), on my back, on my arms and on my legs. I took a Benadryl last night, nothing seems to have diminished and it still stings as much this morning... Also, I am not known to have allergic reactions or anything else... What could be the cause of these little pimples and what do you advise me to buy to reduce their appearance and the itching?
