I forgot Synthroid 11 days this month, could this be the cause of my extreme fatigue and headaches?

It is not impossible that it is due to forgetfulness but it is difficult to establish this with certainty considering that these symptoms can be secondary to several other causes.

I invite you to resume taking the Synthroid regularly. If after one month of regular use you still experience the same symptoms, I suggest that you consult a doctor as a precaution

If you are at risk of forgetting, I suggest you set an alarm on your cell phone.
