Can a toddler (15 months old) take melatonin to help combat jetlag?

Hi,
There is no available data regarding the use of melatonin by such a young children (even in insomnia). Considering this, I recommend that you opt for the safe option of not giving melatonin to your toddler.
I myself traveled a lot with kids from 4 months old to 18 months old and I think the best way to deal with jet lag is by allowing the kids (and you) to rest for a day when entering a new time zone (ex.: France).
