Can I take painkillers with my cellulite antibiotic?

I have a cell and it is excessively painful. What can I do to ease my pain? I started my antibiotics last night.

If you have no contraindications (e.g. interaction, allergy, pregnancy, medical history, etc., your pharmacist will be able to confirm this), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other brands) can help relieve pain and swelling if there is any, while the antibiotic takes effect.
