I had a big vomit in the night of yesterday, since I have liquid diarrheas unceasingly and stomach ache/heartache
Could it be food poisoning since there was only one big vomit and my symptoms?

Hello Mrs,
Indeed, it could be intoxication or gastroenteritis, it is impossible to be 100% sure
If you have no contraindication to take it, Gravol (dimenhydrinate) is a good solution to reduce nausea, available without prescription in different forms such as liquid or suppository.
I also invite you for the next few days to favor light foods such as soups, broths, toast, eggs, brown rice, and to avoid very fatty or very sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juice.
Be sure to stay hydrated, taking 1 sip of fluid every 3 to 5 minutes (do not drink too quickly as this can also trigger nausea).
I hope this has been helpful and I am available if you have any further questions!
