Hello, this morning I had a discomfort in my vagina. I noticed a lesion in the inner wall of one of my labia majora (at the bottom, near the anus). The lesion looks like an ulcer, but the color is rather brownish (like a scab).

Good morning, ma'am,
It is difficult to establish the cause without a thorough medical evaluation. For now, just monitor the lesion, and use only plain water for hygiene, avoid soaps and avoid wiping the area too vigorously, if at all.
If it gets worse or doesn't seem to get better in 3-5 days, you should see a doctor as a precaution.
