I am 9 weeks pregnant and I have sinusitis/ bronchitis and a lot of mucus and a big wet cough. During my other pregnancy I was advised to use buckley cough and mucus syrup.

Hello ma'am, other than the cough, do you have any other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, or anything else? Have you tried anything for the cough?

Yes, I have a congested nose, I have a lot of mucus in my throat and sinuses which is turned green... I do sinus rinses regularly, honey tablets and tylenol every 4 to 6 hours...

Thanks for the feedback!
You are doing well with these measures, I encourage you to perform nasal hygiene as often as necessary, there is no maximum number of times during the day. I do not suggest syrup as it has not been shown to be more effective than drinking lots of fluids (cold or hot depending on your preference). The measures you have started are more than enough. If needed, a spoonful of honey can also help relieve the cough.
Sincerely,
