Hello and thank you for your question!
In order to answer you properly, I would like to ask you a few questions:
1- Since when do you have these burns?
2-During menstruation, is the burning present all the time?
3- Do you have vaginal discharge (other than blood)?
4- Do you have itching or just the burning sensation?
Thanks :)

i had a urinary tract infection, and then it got better. Then it came back, the doctor told me I had vaginitis. But it continued for the next month. During the covid, I went to the doctor every month and they couldn't do a test to know what I had. I tried all the creams I could think of, canesten and all the other things I could think of. I have noticed that my noises come when I am menstruating and all the time I feel something uncomfortable. And then it goes away but it always comes back every month. No, I don't have any other discharge that I've noticed besides blood. And moreover, during my sexual relations it hurts and burns. I don't understand, what's wrong with me?

Thank you for the explanations.
Since you have started a follow-up with a doctor, I encourage you to follow it.
However, I wonder if it could be vaginal dryness....
Among the creams you have tried, have you tried a lubricating one?
Replens for example?
What do you think of it?
Also, it is important not to clean the vulva with soap (this changes the vaginal PH), and not to douche. Simply rinse the water in the shower or bath.
Does this help a little?

No, I haven't tried any lubricating cream, can you buy it in a pharmacy or does it have to be prescribed by a doctor? And, I don't use soap with perfume the only one I use to wash myself is cetaphil because I have sensitive skin. Thank you for the advice, it's really nice!

Great, yes replens or other vaginal lubricant is available in pharmacies.
It could be an option while waiting to see your doctor again.
Have a nice day and enjoy :)
