Hello, what can I take to burn off a plantar wart that is over the counter knowing that I am exclusively breastfeeding?

Salicylic acid formulations can be used to treat a plantar wart while breastfeeding. These products are available over the counter in pharmacies. I suggest you go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist about salicylic acid products for treating warts
