It burns in my vaginal area. Not on the inside but on the outside. It is red. What can I do?

Hello Ma'am,
It depends!
Do you know how this could have happened? Have you, for example, changed your soap recently?

No, I didn't change my soap not long ago. I feel more like it's from rubbing with my underwear when I walk a lot or work out.

All right.
In a case like this, one might start by using a zinc oxide product (ex. Zincofax) to apply to the vulva for when you wear underwear that might rub.
Of course, one would try to wear underwear that rubs less.
Apply this cream 2 to 3 times a day for at least 5 days before concluding on its effectiveness.
If it doesn't work, one will try to consult a doctor.
Happy evening,
