Should I be concerned about these lesions on my vulva?

22-year-old woman2 years ago
Hello ! It's been 2 times this month that I have lesions that appear on my vulva. They look like mouth ulcers and it's painful. I know that this is usually a sign of an STI but I haven't had sex in 2 years. I also want to mention that this month I had a throat inflammation and bronchitis, so I don't know if it's related to that. I have had a few medications prescribed like morphine.

Hello ma'am, are you able to identify a possible cause such as dryness, use of a new product, soap, underwear, toy?

Yes I have been using a new shampoo for a month, but I still use Dove as my body soap. Otherwise yes, I use a toy sometimes, but it's not new

Thanks for the feedback!
What I suggest for the next 4 weeks is to keep a diary of your activities, wearing certain clothes and underwear, etc., and then compare this with the occurrence and extent of the lesions
This could help identify possible causes.
This may take several weeks so I would advise you to be persistent :)
If this doesn't work, you will need to see a doctor as a precautionary measure, so as not to delay proper treatment if necessary.
I hope that I have been helpful to you, and I remain available if you have any other questions
