My 2.5 year old boy has red spots around his mouth, what should I do?

Hello! My 2.5 year old son has red spots around his mouth. It doesn't seem to bother him. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's redder but it's been there for about 2 weeks. The pimples/redness around his mouth persists. What can I do to improve the situation?
