You would have to show these pimples to a medical professional (pharmacist, doctor, etc). Indeed, it is virtually impossible for me to comment here without seeing the pimples.

So I recommend that you go to a pharmacy and show the lesions to a pharmacist. The latter will be able to direct you to the right product, or to the doctor if he or she deems it necessary.
