Good morning, ma'am,
How long have you had this?
Would you be able to identify a possible cause?
Do you have any other symptoms?
Are you currently taking any medication?
Can you upload some well-lit images?
Thank you for your time!

It started 3 days ago and I've had impetigo before when I was younger

Would you be able to send clear images here? If not, you will have to come to the pharmacy to be evaluated in person.

Thanks for the feedback. I consulted a colleague. Is it possible to have been in contact with an allergen like a plant or other product?
I suggest applying only a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno as often as necessary during the day and using a fragrance-free soap (no soap on the face).
I also suggest, as a precaution, to wash the clothes worn since this apparition as well as the bedding.
If you don't notice any improvement after 5 days, or if it's still spreading, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions

With pleasure, do not hesitate if there is anything!
