For the past 2 months I have had a lot of pimples on my chin because of the mask. Can I take something to reduce them?

Hello Ma'am,
First, the best thing is to fix the problem at the source and change the kind of mask. Usually, pimples are caused by friction between the mask and the skin.
What mask are you using? If it is washable, how often do you change it.

All right!
Do you change it twice a shift?
Also, do you adjust it that way (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b32OvbKK1jg). Doing so will reduce the amount of friction on the skin, thereby reducing the occurrence of pimples!
