Hello ma'am, is it due to shaving, rubbing or other?

I don't have it, I've had it for a long time now, from my late teens to now, and I'm almost 30. I've been to the doctor several times, and the doctors tell me that I don't have any sexually transmitted diseases, and they've given me several prescriptions over the years, and nothing works. The infection often on white or yellow pimples and it heats up on the skin and the skin becomes red and eventually the redness goes away but the pimples are still there ... it becomes uncomfortable I have to peel the pimple by myself to get the liquid out because it is painful

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
What I can suggest for the future is to avoid shaving against the directions of the hair and to avoid going over the area multiple times as this can greatly irritate and increase the risk of ingrown hairs and boils.
After shaving, only apply a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal or other. Also avoid scented soaps: choose a fragrance-free one like Dove for example, and avoid rubbing the skin after showering: you should lightly pat the skin and apply the moisturizer quickly after.
Moisturizing cream is also recommended during the healing process because moisturized skin heals better and is less likely to show scars. In fact, there will be scarring if you try to pop the boils. I suggest avoiding this practice, if at all.
If this is not successful, you will have to reconsult to reassess the situation.
I am available if you have any further questions!
