I have pimples on my legs/belly. I've had chicken pox before, but it wasn't strong. Is it possible to have it twice?

My pimples are not itchy and I have had them for about 3 weeks. There are a few that have been drying up since the beginning of the week. If not, do you think it's possible that it's stress that could have caused this or an allergic reaction?

Hello Ma'am,
Reactivation of the chickenpox virus is possible, it is called shingles. In a case of shingles, however, the pimples are usually concentrated in one area (and usually follow a more or less straight line).
In your situation, then, I recommend that you go to a pharmacy and show the lesions to a pharmacist. That way, he or she will be able to tell if the pimples can be treated with an over-the-counter product or if a doctor's consultation is necessary.
Good day,
