I have a pimple on my buttock crack, is it an itss?

Hello, I have a pimple/small patch near my anus in the crack of my buttock. It is a bit painful when I scratch it. I am not very sexually active and my last relationship was about 1.5 months ago (no penetration only foreplay). Could this pimple be a sign of its? I'm very anxious about this and I'm afraid it could be herpes. I just had the flu and I'm wondering if this is just a coincidence and it's just my stress or if my symptoms are like herpes.
