Can I take Tylenol at the same time as citalopram?

Good evening, I am taking Citalopram-20 for adjustment disorder with anxious mood, can I take Tylenol at the same time (intense headaches)? Also I used to take vitamin D and B12, can I continue to take them at the same time as my Citalopram-20 treatment? Thank you

Yes you can, no problem with Tylenol or vitamins.
