I had a holter test and my doctor said he saw a sinus pause but he didn't tell me anything about it. I'm worried, what should I do?

Hello Sir,
Sometimes a completely healthy heart will have small sinus pauses, you don't have to worry about it.
The Holter records heartbeats for so long that it is common to "catch" these kinds of results. Given that you don't do a lot of them and the break shouldn't have been too long (you would have felt it and your doctor would have transferred you to cardiology), I wouldn't recommend worrying about it.
Happy day,
