I would like to know what sunscreen you suggest since I have an allergy to the sun?

Hello Ma'am,
There is an array of sunscreen available. Depending on your skin type and preferences, there are different sunscreens that may be suitable for you.
Generally, you want to choose a sunscreen:
With an SPF above 30. Up to 60 if you plan on prolonging exposure.
  • That is effective against both UVB and UVA.
  • Mexoryl and Tinosorb in the ingredient list
  • Ideally include a mineral filter such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide
  • Water resistant and unscented
A generous layer of protection should be applied at least every two hours.
I suggest you discuss this with your family pharmacist so they can see with you the different sunscreens available based on your preferences.
I hope this answers your question.
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
Happy day,
Kamilia Idir, Pharmacy Intern. Supervised by Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist.
