Hello,

The main ingredient of the Genacol brand is collagen

Unfortunately, I have not found any study evaluating the effectiveness of collagen to treat fibromyalgia. Furthermore, given the mechanism of action of collagen and the fact that fibromyalgia is not caused by physical damage to the joints, I think that the product would be ineffective anyway.
