Hello, is it possible that my 1.5 month old baby is drinking too much milk and rejecting it about 15-20 minutes later? Not all his bottle

Hello,
In order to answer you better, I would need to ask you a few questions. Is it more of a simple regurgitation of small amounts of odorless milk occurring effortlessly after feedings, or does he also vomit in spurts of bile or curds associated with a strong odor and following nausea? Does this happen after each feeding? Are you breastfeeding or are you giving him formula? Is the discharge associated with excessive crying and colic? Is he gaining weight normally? Does he show signs of dehydration (decreased urination and tears, drowsiness, weakness, darkened and sunken eyes, etc.)?

Hello,
The discharge was a little more than usual, but it is done effortlessly and no crying. I am not breastfeeding (I give her formula) and she is the same as usual which also means awake and drinking normally. There was no smell and not usually its smaller regurgitations. And for the weight she is taking it super well!

Great! Then it is probably regurgitation. Sometimes the amount of spit-up may vary from time to time. They are not serious and very common until 4 to 6 months of age. It is due to the immaturity of the digestive system and fades as the child grows.
To help alleviate it, you might try limiting activities after feeds and decreasing the amount of milk given per feed a little, but giving it more often. There are also thickened formulas such as Enfamil Thickened A+. Another approach is to thicken your current formula with rice cereal: 1 tbsp of cereal per 2-4 oz (60-120 mL) of formula. However, adding rice cereal increases caloric intake, so you will need to monitor weight closely to avoid excessive weight gain.
Don't hesitate if you have further questions,
