Hello! I wanted to know if it is possible to use Canesten external cream while I am pregnant.

I've been on antibiotics since Monday for a steptococcus in my urine and the more it goes the more it stings and heats me up so I was wondering if I could put on canesten cream to relieve the symptoms. I am about 14 weeks pregnant.
