Hello,

Nausea is a complex phenomenon that includes a large number of contributing factors. This means that being more tired, or eating less before the injection, may have contributed to your nausea during the last injection.

This is not necessarily an effect that could recur with the next injection. Try to sleep well and eat well. This may reduce the chance that you will experience nausea.

Also, be aware that methotrexate pills do cause more nausea than the injection, as you yourself have noticed.
