Should I continue to take Norflex for chronic neck and shoulder blade pain if I have side effects such as muscle spasms, soreness and chest tightness?

I do not take any other medication on a regular basis. I have taken a yellow house muscle relaxant once before and did not have this kind of reaction.

Good morning, Madam,

First, you should know that these side effects are not usually seen with Norflex (orphenadrine). However, this medication can cause tremors, sometimes related to fatigue caused by the medication. The fact that you feel very tense with this medication makes me think that it may not be right for you and that is why I would stop taking it. Talk to your pharmacist about this effect and the possibility of starting Duloxetine sooner (after the potential effects of Norflex have worn off).

You should know that it is not impossible that all this is a coincidence, but I would not take any chances.
